      Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd.(“Yunnei” for short) is located in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, PRC. It was founded in 1999, as a socially raised shareholding company，launched solely by Yunnan Engine Works, which has over 50 years’history of developing and manufacturing diesel engines. And it is one of the leading engine enterprises producing automobile parts in China, one of inventive pilot enterprises in the second batch in China, one of inventive and high-tech enterprises in the first batch in Yunnan, and the core enterprise as high-tech industrialized base for passengers’ automobiles diesel engine granted by Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

      
      Yunnei is one of the largest enterprises to produce multi-cylinder& small bore diesel engines in China. Besides the headquarter, it has such branch companies as Kunming Ramon Engine System Co., Ltd, Chengdu Yunnei Power Co., Ltd., and Yunnei Power Dazhou Automobile Co., Ltd. In 2009, it was ranked No. 87 among main business income Top 100 enterprises in China’s mechanical industry. So far, its total asset is 4.5 billion Yuan, among of which, the net asset 2.7billion Yuan.

      
      For many years, Yunnei has been always walking along with the road of technology innovation, meanwhile, taking management reforming as the guarantee requirement to development. Engaging in various ways of working through voluntary invention, jointly development, introduction and digestion, cooperation with academies and institutes, etc, which makes its main products has become not only the domestic leaders in the industry, but also an important research and development base for advanced diesel engines as EuroⅢ and EuroⅣ and possessed relatively strong core competition power. The commercial automobile diesel engines series “90、95、100、102”, which are adopted with such technologies as direct injection, Turbocharger system and electronic controlled Common Rail System, has reached national emission level Ⅲ with superior power, economization and reliability, and became the leaders among their counterparts in terms of performance indexes. Yunnei introduces internationally up-to-dated advanced diesel engine technologies and have developed the electronic controlled, high-pressure and common rail diesel engine series D16TCI, D19TCI and D25TCI, which are green, power-saving, environmentally friendly, internationally advanced, with 39 patents in voluntary knowledge property and the National emission level Ⅳ. These series have been matched with SUV, MPV and sedan produced by many domestic passengers’ automobile companies. It has become the first diesel engine enterprise with its products to cover both passengers’ automobiles and commercial ones, while “Yunnei Power” has become the famous brand in the field of China engine industry.

       
      Yunnei has over 20 manufacturing and assembly lines, with the annual production capacity of a half million diesel engines.

      
      Yunnei is equipped with advanced and scientific measuring and detecting means, and sets up perfect quality assurance system. It has passed the ISO/TS16949, and the automobile product certification approved by China Automobile Certification Center. It has acquired the “examination-free certificate” issued by State Administration of Quality Supervision, Examination and Inspection, and it is the only enterprise to be granted with this honor within Yunnan mechanic industry.

      
      Yunnei has set up 25 sales departments, 33 parts agents, and over 800 after-sale service stations to form an integrated sales network, which is ladder-like and widely covers throughout China, with product sales, customer services, parts supplying, information collecting and cash returning, in order to serve its customers on time and with quality.

      
      The company has established long-term and stable partnership with such companies as Beiqi Futian, Dongfeng, First Automobile Group, JAC, Yuejing, Beijing Automobile, Zhiyang Nanjun, Chengdu King Brand and so on.
